15.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. The arbitration will be conducted in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in English.

15.3 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm without waiving the right to arbitration for other claims.
